Once our pricing and marketing strategy is set in stone, it's time to start preparing your home for the market. This may include professional staging, cleaning, decluttering, or even making improvements. When your home is ready for the market, we will have the highest quality media tailored for your home. My goal is to bring the contract to a successful closing as smoothly as possible, while keeping you updated and your best interests protected every step of the way.
After successfully navigating through contractual steps, it's time to close! My partnered title company will handle all the closing paperwork and thoroughly explain each detail. I will ensure the buyers have a smooth transition into their new home, including an introduction to the HOA, transfer of utilities, receipt of important documents related to the home, and delivering keys.
